Eligibility :
This initiative is applicable to you, If you're born between 1967 and 2018.Jamal Hashim Assada the Director of RTA’s Roads and Transport Authority said that the total cost of the plate is Dh1670, and the available numbers relate to the period from 1967 to 2018.
